Back then I was wearing one of these cages. I just sat down and angled the cage down as well as pulled my balls back so not as much piss would land on them. Then it's just wipe it with toilet paper and fold up one square to wedge it between the cage and balls to catch up later drips which always happen with these smaller cages. If you feel like it's still too dirty, you can give it a rinse afterwards if you have an open cage.
