He met another gay predator in the 80s and they shacked up got married in Hawaii then started plotting how to get access to kids together. they tried to become priests but found the clergy too strict so they got into social work and politics, and both of them serially molested young black boys mostly age 10-15 for decades until accusers including his own family members started coming forward during re-election.
