I don't understand build optimization in this game, but I sure as hell know that getting a setup that allows me to summon specific officers with literally zero cooldown even if I use the speed summon shortcut is broken as fuck. I was able to endlessly summon Yukimura and melt the shields of bosses in seconds, all while constantly maxing out my musou gauge.
