Both Duya and Bieling are refered to as "god of shu" or "primordial diety", it just depends on it's coming from. Bieling is represented by the red eye you see all over the place whereas Duya are the annoying black birds. Whenever Bo Magus says "primordial diety" she's 100% refering to Bieling.
