Use Pixiv Toolkit and batch download it from Pixiv. Chapter 8 alone has over 100 MB high quality images there. Japs don't read manga over Twitter, they use Pixiv. Twitter is solely for shitpost, death threats and the good stuff. It should actually shut down already. Also, shit like this happens and author san forgot to post the rest of the chapter there. And even so, hundreds of bots liked and retweeted. Nice.
