It seems like it's going to be more or less the same staff working under the same studio and director. So good chance it will be.
Considering there is a decent amount of action in s2 I'm expecting they get their known name animators back again like Koki Fujimoto (usually works on big battle shonens like JJK), he contributed alot towards the action arcs of s1
