That is absolutely true. Even small things like compliments and such from them make you feel desired and loved and when there is a lack of that type of attention you feel lesser. Sometimes just the lack of emotional availability makes you think they hate you if you have low self esteem.

That's not how it works. People notice how you carry yourself. If you act confident and such they will treat you as if you are that. So if you carry yourself in a way lets others know you have self respect and self love they won't see you as a doormat to be discarded.

There are different types of love. Are you telling me you don't have friends that love you? That your family doesn't love you? Or are you just being dramatic and base it off of your own insecurities?
