75 kg, 183 cm, 31 yo. Never been this heavy.
Started lifting 6 months ago. I do a full body program twice a week. Routine is kinda shitty because I can't do squats nor deadlifts due to back injury. I think my fat gains are outpacing my muscle gains, and I'm afraid my abs are about to disappear.
What should I work on?
