Spiritual awakening is not a path you can decide to abstain from. It's not a practice you learn, let alone unlearn. It's the inevitable outcome of a life lived truthfully and consciously; for each, and everyone of us, that is the destination.

Trying to stop hit, surpress it, discourage it - it is all for naught. The best they can do is distract, as a means to slow down. But they can never outright stop.
