Not only that but this feat is literally impossible for any man-made weapon (modern or anything we can hope to create in the future) why? Because she was at like 200 kilometers away in another city, the curvature of the planet alone makes this shot impossible for normal weapons.
This is something only Nagant can do because of her Quirk.
