Works pretty well. This is without Still Stance. Getting Hideout every turn has conflict with Still Stance, since Hideout doesn't activate if you're already in cover. You can use Water Stride to get around that, and really it's for the more resilient targets anyway. With that she'd be piercing all the block, though.
