Culture is not culture at all

And the worst part is that people don't even care. This is how you get the Tartaria nonsense. People cannot fathom that in the past people took pride in their civilization and genuinely had the intelligence and skills to create beautiful things.

One idea I have is that this relates to the decline in intelligence and a decline in religious faith.
