I don't know what the other anon is saying, I think the thumbnail looks really clear, you can see the shape of the pecs very easily, great job, the quad orientation looks ambiguous to me, though.

As long as it takes, or as much as you can invest. It's good that you're keeping track of your time, but just try your best and stay mindful of what you're doing. If you do that, I believe speed and power will come naturally.
