Question for Shard: Taking the "Death or Transcendence" perk, would that affect godhood attained by perks or would it only affect apotheosis attained by energy drains or rituals?

For that matter, taking the full "Sword of Not" drawback twice, "Seal of Chains", and the full "Imperial Condescension" drawback twice as a Transcendent. How fucked would that Imperator be?
