how do I have lucid dreams?

I like to imagine that the story in balatro is that your clown gf got kidnapped by some casino bosses and now you gotta play the odds to get her back, but the house always wins, so if you do manage to win then you get taken to a special room where your memory is wiped and you have to do it all over again, groundhog day style, until you start to subliminally notice the same things happening over and over and break out of the loop, to only then discover that your clown gf never existed in the first place.
