I'm gonna be honest I did find the whole labyrinth set piece to be bland compared to the endgame environments in previous games. I mean the way it raises out of the ground is neat and I liked that there were some platforming bits between the arenas but it could've had more going on. Even just some variety between the zones where you fight the norts. I think they tried to have it so the sun was setting more with each fight but that was it.

They were already going for the whole ritual sacrifice thing so they could've just turned it into a full on temple with booby traps you have to get past to reach the top where the nort court are.
