And also, i cannot stress this enough. Your environment can be causing this in ways you don't even realize. Next time you stay somewhere else for a few days see if your attitude/mood changes. If its noticeable start going through everything in your home that can be giving off smells, or causing a negative reaction.

Molds, Laundry detergents, cleaners or air fragrances, carpets that smell a little too much like an old dog. The oddest and most benign things can cause entire household moods to shift and most people don't realize they're physiologically susceptible to these influences.

I hope anons here (and husbands!) get happy and healthy in the future and have the slightest more awareness of personal environment and chemical influence on health.
