Bro honestly just draw. Take a ref pic and draw. I tried to draw your pose for the past 10 mins this is what I ended up with. Surely if I rendered it it would look better than yours. not flexing, just trying to make my point clear. but honestly, I've never studied shit, never drawn boxes, all I've been doing is just copying.
Find some character you like to draw, and draw it, find 100 pics on Pinterest and draw it. Try to take in consideration the line weight, measure the lines, etc.
