You pretty much don't because the entire point of necrons is that their most basic infantry unit can still shoot the shit out of enemy tanks and heavy infantry. The only small unit they have are ripper swarm tier and then there's nothing until warriors. All of their 'middling' stuff can still shut down tactical squads like they're nothing.
They have no unit below majoris because they're not a fodder faction like tomb kings were, they're a faction of t-1000s
The classification system really only works for nids (who made it), chaos, orks, and mixed imperials, nobody else is about having such defined tiers of increasing power and rarity of
