DC has different uses for "dimension" in their cosmology. The local multiverse and bleed are the thing that was called 12+ D, and this was based on M Theory, inside this space would be infinite universes, dimensions and timelines but ones that wouldn't be as large as the main multiverses. The bleed is everything in between inside the speed force wall. The D's in reference to the world forge are 4D (time and spacetime), 5D (imagination) and 6D (creation/world forge). These are more realms that infinitely transcend and exist outside each other. So the minimum 12D local multiverse is below the 4D DC concept of Time, which is below the 5D concept of imagination (Mxy), which is below the world forge. So Superman destroying the world forger's multiverse (which, tbf, was a sundip amp that batman helped pull off) would be infinitely beyond the 12 stacking dimensions that they cited multiple times. Hal Jordan doesn't have destruction feats like this but he has overpowered, forced a retreat from and/or killed people who could/should have power well beyond the local multiverse and bleed (Volthoom, Krona, and Parallax with a host).
