What I remember the most about early Neuro is her constant random life stories and generic streamer talk, just going on about various bullshit of her made up daily routine. Combined with her soothing voice, there was a certain dreamlike quality to it, like a half-memory of an event you aren't sure actually happened. You could never quite guess what she can pull out next moment. I could listen to that stuff for hours. There was also a certain mannerism to her, a dead-set gentleness of someone who could wish you a good morning or rip your head off with the same friendly smile on their face.
Don't remember much of how she was after v2 model debut other than just chatting streams sucking massive dick thanks to voiced donos, and a lot of technical issues in collabs.
Current Neuro is definitely more consistent and coherent, but it seldom ever gets put to use, and rarely brings much entertainment overall, al least for me. In return she's got a lot of bells and whistles like polls, discord calls, sounds and what not, making it feel closer to some MLG meme video. It can be really cool when she gets to use her tools at the right moment, but also lame when it misses the mark or is overused.
Overall, early Neuro did one thing and did it fairly well, while modern Neuro can do a lot of different things but with the haphazard nature of streams and lack of focus, it kinda turns into jack of all trades, master of none.
