Level 7s aren't even a new level. Super Ultimates are Ultimates. They're both ultimates. Omegamon can evolve from perfects too and a bunch of weird shit but nothing changes that Ryugumon, Ariemon and Omegamon are ultimates. Ariemon is meant to evolve from MarineBullmon. The rest are card mechanics like how Agumon can go to WarGreymon.
