thanks friend. luckily if I take any photos a'tall I tend to document all the ingredients - picrel. I clearly didn't have any hot relish for this batch but the jalapenos and chargrilled marinated peppers were wonderful

the bread is I guess "Dutch Crunch" but my local supermarket (Coles) sells it as "tiger baguette"
