A=add being MC'd to tank boss R=Razuvious P=priest position so they have LoS to MC'd add so it won't break while remaining close to the wall so they don't get gibbed by shout

Other adds that aren't MC'd get tanked either on the ramp away from the rest of the raid or at circle in the middle of the room so that other priests can quickly get the MC ready (up to you how you decide to do it). If rest of your Priests are just THAT retarded, Elicia can probably solo this as long as healers can keep one of the tanks up during the downtime between getting new add MC'd and in position to tank Razzy
