I don't think there's much you can do really, lol. Also while its definitely not like rex in terms of papers, spinosaurus is (ironically) the most complete and well-understood spinosaurid in paleontology. It usually gets a paper published about it every year and we do have several specimens of it, not bad by any means.

It's legs were proportionally smaller for a theropod. Which is definitely a trait that aligns with semi-aquatic animals, consistent with that we understand most spinosaurids spent a large amount of their lives around water.
