This is OP again. Had my 3rd bowl and now things are quite different. I apologize for my early chimpout at rice at beginning of the thread. Actually it turns out that freshly pressure cooked / microwaved white rice tastes fucking nice. As long as it's hot. It's easier to chew than bread, that anon was right. Digestion anon also was right.
Turns out I don't like the taste of the specific Indian curry/sauce I use for my rice. I don't like the taste of cooked vegetables no matter how healthy.
What I did today was split the bowl into
>mixed/sauced rice
>plain white rice
This reduced my stress. Turns out the sauce which is usually an Indian dish I make called "sambar" Or saffron curry is pretty fucking SPICY and flares up my IBS symptoms and some minor gerd and bloating.
Intestines anon was also right. Well I'm OP and I'm a retard. Lol. Rice is based.
