You fuck around, you find out. It is hilarious to read about how the Palworld devs are going public and saying they are literally depressed and having anxiety crisis because of Nintendo. They brought this on themselves.

They were literally thinking they could ripoff all of Pokémon then start selling merchandise and sign up with Sony to set up their bootleg Pokémon as the next multibillionaire IP.

In reality, Palworld was made by six boys and it shows. By the time this lawsuit is done, Palworld devs will be either in jail or flipping burguers to pay royalties to Nintendo while they do extra time cutting every stolen feature from their games.

Remember: this lawsuit only went after they announced the partnership with Sony. Palworld was acting on bad faith all along. They knew shit was gonna hit the fan and tried to strike as many partnership with big business as possible to try and isolate Nintendo.
