You know what's really crazy? I get the Kiros card on disc 2 and still don't mod it until the endgame anyway because I like to wait until I have enough GF's to give everyone their "final" setup and only then start using ability items. If I gave 3 people auto-haste in disk 2 I'd just have to slap it on whatever GFs I had at the time and I'm not willing to do that.
