Oh ofc, firest I recommend always shower and clean your ass first. U don't wanna get shit on anything. I recommend shitting first and like REALLY pushing everything out. Even if it feels like nothings left just keep pushing for a but. Then get in the shower and spread yourself as wide as u can. And then let the water hit directly on your asshole to help clean it. It helps if u stick a finger in there in the shower to help but it's not necessary. Once your clean just start off slow with spit or lube on one finger and slowly trace the edge and then go in slowly. Keep your finger in to get the feel for itand move it around inside to loosen up. And then slowly pull out and then let yourself rest and then do it again. This will take a while but after some time you'll be able to do 2 fingers, then a plug, then a dido, so on and so fourth but make sure not too rush anything because it will REALLY hurt if you try to do something that does not fit
