The entire character is bad, not just VA. She's basicially Poochie from Simpsons.

But in general expansion is just shit:
>promise a vacation arc where main characters enter a BR tournament
>tournament ends in first quarter of the expansion
>BR idea dropped completely
>suddenly major looming calamity AGAIN
>tragic leader that just wants to remember their people AGAIN
>world created to house memories AGAIN
>main characters sidelined and downgraded to rare comments, 90% of dialogue are dedicated to Poochie
That's all on top of expansion being extremely formulaic and not even trying to experiment with anything. I fucking LOVED XIV from the beginning to end of Endwalker (Stormblood kinda sucked tho), but Dawntrail is just a prime example of a creator's block in gaming form. I'm not even planning to resub until they show the willingness to take major risks with the game.
