The PS1 is still considered a somewhat pixel aesthetic.

The N64 was the first console to actually use smoothing techniques like anti aliasing.

Not HD but it's main problems still have to do with the limitations of the tech itself. Same can be said with the 6th generation.

I would never trust any developer with a remake or a remaster. Doesn't matter though since most n64/PS1 games are unplayable in my opinion.
