Again, why would aliens ever work with humans when they're so far above us? Any ET that manages to make its way here would be from literal light years away, why would creatures capable of such tech ever need our permission for anything when you yourself keep harping on about their sophisticated cloaking technology? Which I doubt would be the least of their tech given their civilization must possess far more formidable weaponry and fleets than ours.
