Chokmah was intended to have more interior exploration of the Area 51 base. Those FMVs from the 2 'bad' endings with the M.I.Bs were initially meant to be findings within the facility. In the game you find some documents that mention that the relics you are looking for are powered by element 115, at the time there were some popular conspiracies regarding this element, which does not exist in nature, and it's special properties.
Funnily enough it has been synthesized in laboratories a few years later, in 2003.
