Support's paddles aren't permanent so it allows retards to choose situational or gimmicky gadgets hence the lack of full HP revives. Skipping has been an issue for the past 3 games ever since they introduced this stupid downed system in BF1, it was and it's STILL frustrating to see dumbasses skipping revives when I'm just about to bring them back from the spawn menu.
