Interesting how Despicable me took ideas from video games with Gru being very similar to eggman, the minions basically being servbots became vastly popular spawning a multi million dollar franchise.
Later we see Donkey Kong become Wrek it ralph complete even with Vanellope on his shoulder instead of diddy kong. Ironically in the process they remove the face of a multi million dollar franchise in favor of something that was recently popular. Since its the only game on the switch 2 i have no doubt it will sell though.
