oh I am absolutely fueling during every ride
its ~55 mins 17.5km to work, and I drink somewhere between 200 to half a liter of isotonic drink with carbs with it
and on the way back I take a detour sometimes, so it goes to 40km a day, but this heat...

yeah... the heat sucks, sweating 1 hour before work, then sweating all day at work like a pig, then getting on bike and riding for an hour....
atleast it doesnt get dark at 5pm

oh and all of the trails are now overgrown rip
