hey bros ive done body weight stuff (pushups pullups etc) for a cpl years but have never used weights or anything

i got a set of these bands and started reading about what to do with them and now im just confused lol

can someone help with a beginner plan for getting into these. basically i just want to put on a bit of muscle and get stronger, my priorities are

1. arms (incl forearms), shoulders, chest, upper back
2. core
3. legs

can i his these areas with only a few 'compound' exercises? should i use the hardest band i can and only do a few reps or lots of reps with an easier band. should i go to failure every time?

any help for a retard would be appreciated
