Well, Brian F video about the fireball change received a lot of comments that were in favor of the change rather than against it. I'd even go as far to say that the reception to the clips that Brian F provided of Sagat zoning in past games was mostly met with hostility from viewers. So I actually do think it is the case, atleast from reading the responses Brian got, that the fanbase at large really doesn't find a fireball heavy Sagat interesting to play, watch, or fight against. And more importantly it seems many ppl think the heavy reliance on fireballs doesn't make sense for the character's design.
