Yes because we already have an example of that in Vienna, Heinrich went into WW1, survived the storm because he joined Manus and then the storm sent them back to Vienna and he met up with the friends that had already died in the original timeline he was from

Not an oversight I think because he's still 8 in Tuesday's character story.
I think anyone from the later storms can't age until it's done as they're considered "out of time", this is also why FP is still 11.
