I think the Paul/MJ/relationship stuff isn't even the worst thing about current year spider-man so this doesn't really change much. The entire writing and editorial team needs to be completely thrown out and the last 15 years of Spider-man need to be hard retconned. Banish every alternate spider (Gwen, Miles, Silk, Spider-boy, whoever else is running around) to an alternate universe. Have Peter Parker wake up and discover that Aunt May is fuckin dead. He can be married or not I don't care. Just write him IN CHARACTER while using the 60s-90s comics as a guide for that. He's written like a pussy retard with dad jokes these days.
