Everybody who dies with their brain intactwill reanimate as zombies, so that's EVERYBODY who got killed at the end of the movie, except that one guy who got shot in the head, and another who shot himself in the head. Bub is going to get his fren back because Dr. Matthew "Frankenstein" Logan was shot in the torso only. That army gun who got pulled apart will reanimate as a sightless severed head unless the zombie fingers poked through his brains, but they probably didn't reach pass his eyeballs.
