You still have to use Simplix for a live install/slipstreaming into the offline image, if you don't want to wait hours and hours for Windows Update to finish loading up (assuming it's base SP1.)

What TSForge does is just add the ESU licensing data to SPP's trusted store, so that the licensing checks won't set off.
It doesn't magically include all the ESU updates, my fellow n7gger.
