How does the ultra-feminist west that constantly complains about how misogynistic and backwards Japanese society is, cope with the fact that a large number of Japanese anime/manga have female-only or female-focused casts, Japanese women are more creative/hardworking/successful than western women, and one of the best selling manga of all time that by itself outsold the entire american comic book industry - Kimetsu no Yaiba - was written by a Japanese woman? Does this cause western brains to break from the cognitive dissonance?
It brings me great schadenfreude to observe screeching western cat ladies that the patriarchy is beating and raping women in Japan yet Japanese women are creating culture and accomplishing things these western women would never be capable of.
