I don't know who's denying it at this point. Engage got like 37 units last year, which is 6 more than 3H did in Book 5, when it had two CYL winners.

The grail unit is usually one of the top three voted not-in-the-game-yet characters. So in the past, it's been units like Jeralt or Pelleas. Usually a Tellius character, about 50% of the time. Last year it was Panette.
I assume it will be Stefan this year, with Touma next year if Tsubasa does win CYL10.
