Nope, needs to be from the phone.
I guess I'll reveal the trick. The filename from mobile posts "IMG_XXXX" goes up sequentially with each image saved on the device. Deleting images will not change this. I wanted him to post an image saved after >>149256166 (June 6th) with a file name earlier than "IMG_2559"
Doing so would have clearly proven he is a different poster, but he decided to be uncooperative for whatever reason.
