This story is fake and gay. We should have got this confirmed months ago when MIG switch Users where getting banned in masses. People everywhere would been compmaining about getting bricked by used games.

The other red flag with this is the unbanning a bricked switch 2. Nintendo Confirmed weeks ago that a bricked switch 2 cannot be unbricked when second hand users bought it.
