Silent Hill forums aren't exactly a good example of reasonable fanbase. I remember plenty of retards saying Shattered Memories was the worst Silent Hill game because it didn't have blood and rust in it and Homecoming was the best one because "best graphics" and it had Pyramid Head in it. Also the plethora of retards that defended Silent Hill: Revelations the movie. Forums like Silent Hill Heaven were absolutely full of blind fanboys who would praise a bag of shit if someone wrote "Silent Hill" on the bag.
The cynical fanboys only want the next Silent Hill game to be scary, a proper psychological horror game. Thats the only thing that matters.
