all of wesker's important techs take like 30 seconds to learn. you can first-try them just by reading about them
hugs, surfs, and instaflicks are the only high-investment techs which you specifically need to lab out but the former two are 99% just for clip farming and the lattermost is just doing normal wesker stuff but insanely fast/precisely. you don't need any of them.
also if you're just looking for minimum effort maximum reward just play nurse lol
