the last two are just luck, you need a haipai with exactly three of the same color and the player you're exchanging with has to give you the exact tiles you need in the other colors
same with the wish enchantment from >>532768648, someone must ron you so that you fell exactly between 0 and 900 and it's gotta be on your riichi tile, this is the asura bottleneck
