Are these game engine that have the potential to create amazing graphics which often end up really unoptimized just a situation where the graphics programmers/ math wizes are the ones that develop the toolsets and do their job right but then studio suits license out said toolset to game devs who have no real idea what they're doing causing poor performance relative the visuals and all that technical stuff that bogs performance down?
